California Supreme Salt, LLC (CSS) is strategically located near Twentynine Palms, California (Mojave Desert) This 2,172 acre mining property affords easy access to major transportation corridors, I-40 (40 miles away) and I-10 ( 70 miles away.) Hours of operation are 6AM to 2PM Monday through Saturday.

Our salt extraction process includes pumping a fully saturated hyper saline brine into shallow solar evaporation ponds from a vast underground lake reservoir. The salt is harvested from the ponds and depending on the end user, some is placed on drying pads and other salt is washed. The dry products are screened for size. The final products contain only trace amounts of calcium and magnesium.
